Dookan is operating omnichannel ethnic retail for desi vertical out of Czech Republic. With solid validation behind them, they now plan to expand aggressively across central euroope. The objective is to unlock the right strategy for this growth phase and backing it with right research.
Solution
As an ongoing engagement, for first few weeks we have helped them revalidate the history, category physics and optimal strategy by doing extensive cross-vertical research for other multi-ethnic playbooks. We also helped them reframe their positioning towards a much larger Total Addressable Market of specialty foods and native-friendly appraoch.
