Challenge
Build3 is a novel startup incubator, accelerator and venture capital. After 4 years of impactful execution, the organisation is now entering their next phase and building their own 30-acre regenerative campus - called Startup Ecoashram - to live, work and create impact. We are assisting them with various zero-to-one of not just startup ecoashram but other major organisational changes like a new VC fund launch, etc.
Solution
From evaluating various ownership models to financing appraoches, helping shape marketing materials for internal and external alignment, to redefining strategy for whole verticals, we aimed at adding value at whevever deemed fit.
Result
Startup Ecoashram is under construction and phase 1 is planned to complete by May 2026.
